Our soon to be family of 6 will consist of Mum, Dad, 1 daughter and 3 sons. Woo hoo!!! I’m super excited but Heaven help me when they’re teenagers, how does one feed them all?! If the rest of my family genes are anything to go by, by the time my boys hit age 10/11 they’ll be taller than me and almost have a full beard lol. Plus they’re mostly Scottish so that just makes them even more solid and hairy. Our daughter has taken the news really well and keeps throwing out ideas for names. Thankfully she hasn’t taken on the solid or hairy genes hehehe.
This Saturday, the 14th March 2009 from 10am-3pm at City Gallery on Don St in Invercargill the Southland Art Society is holding a cash and carry day.
Artworks, frames, books and other art materials will be for sale for one day only. If you’re local, pop by and grab a deal! I’ve never taken part in one or seen one for that matter, so I’lll be heading down to have a look as well as selling some work.
Sales will be strictly cash/cheque.
See you there!

My latest painting ‘I Believe in Love’ was voted Most Creative Use of Theme for the theme of Feelings by NZAG members. Congratulations to RifRaf and Jane Bold who were also winners in this challenege.
