As part of the creative course I have been building over the weeks I thought I would make this post a collection of resources. We are often very busy and it is difficult to justify the time taken to find interesting and inspirational resources – apart from Chavah’s blog of course.
So here are a few things I have found in my travels covering all kinds of writing prompts, ideas and so on. I do hope you find something of note and also consider curating content yourself.
Right now I am busy editing a fine publication which outlines all the different ways storytellers can interact with those who need stories telling. So, if you are a photographer, artists, writer, blogger, poet, designer, expert and so on, there are possibilities of linking you up with the people who want your story. That might be radio, television, websites, podcasts, promotional video, print journalism and so on. The problem is, as exciting as the job has been, finding time for my own creativity has been limited. That’s why I thought I would collate some of the interesting sites I have uncovered in my professional capacity. I hope they help.
If you are considering putting a portfolio together you might want to take a look at these sites. Most of us are too busy to collect all our output together but never has there been a better time to show the world what you are up to.
