Confession Time!!

by Chavah Kinloch on October 12, 2010

Gosh, I haven’t done one of these in a while! Pull up a chair and rest a moment while share a random bunch of ramblings, then feel free leave your own confessions.

  • I am extremely paranoid about things that are way out of my control. If I die by drowning in a car, a fire in the middle of the night or someone breaks into my house and murders me, it’s because I put the thought out there way too many times.
  • I just checked my mailbox and this is what I got:

It’s from the girls in yesterday’s post. I haven’t stopped smiling. Thanks girls!
  • I cry at weddings. Even TV ones. I don’t cry at much else but anytime someone gets married I get so happy that people loved them enough to help them create a happy day. Then I remember my day and cry.
  • Because of that ^ I cannot wait for my daughter to get married. She tells me she’s never getting married though. *sigh*
  • I’m really particular with my money. The other day I went to pick something up from the supermarket, I only needed items X & Y. I reeeeeally wanted to buy item Z when I got in there but because in my head I’d only come for item’s X & Y, item Z was ‘over my budget’. There was plenty in the budget, I’m just tight. The debate in my head was pretty intense. I stopped in the middle of the footpath, while walking back to my car, just to finish the fight going on in my mind. Slightly nutty. I got moving again when I realised I’d physically stopped myself.
  • I love puzzles! Not just your regular piece together type but the mind exercise games.
  • I don’t, however, like crosswords. I’m slightly scared of them and only do them to teach my kids what to do.
  • I am the Twitter addict. It has me in stitches on the daily.
  • I confess, I spend a lot of time right now thinking about how nice it would be to have a weekend alone with my husband doing nothing, or just staying at home folding laundry and spring cleaning the house.
  • One of Boston’s socks is stuck in the lampshade above me. It’s been there a few months now. We’ll fish it out someday..
  • My kids have no shame. We talk about everything. I’m so glad.
  • Breakfast is still such a pain for me to eat. I just hate eating in the morning, I have no appetite!
  • I miss my BFF’s like crazy. Every woman needs more women!
  • I can never remember which one is Luke Wilson and which one is Owen Wilson. I constantly get them mixed up even though they look nothing alike.
  • We never got to work on the room this passed weekend. We were so tired from the school holiday’s we just vegged and caught up with other things.
  • The sun is out and my little guy is in shorts today. His fat little feet are sooo cute! I’m so glad spring/summer is on it’s way.
  • We’re beginning to sell all our baby gear. It’s the end of an era and so far I haven’t been too upset about it.
  • I really don’t think I could live more than a week without the internet. I know it’s sad, could you do it?
  • Andrew and I watched all 5 seasons of Keeping Up With the Kardashians in about a week. Yet another trashy reality TV show has taken over my life.
  • I think Khloe Kardashian is the best! I can’t believe people don’t see how funny, hard working, clued up and pretty she is. Stop calling her a beast.

I’ll have a go. Never cheated on a girlfriend. Watching old western movies is one of my favourite things to do. I’m an insomniac and I stop by your blog all the time but this is my first comment.

I confess I always eat too late at night.
I confess I like to sleep until noon.
I have never got my full drivers licence.
I once pushed a boy into a brick wall because I was sick of him annoying me.

LOL Aimee. I know I shouldn’t laugh but sometimes I feel like pushing people into a wall too.
